Old school wisdom works! This tiny little book is packed with in depth knowledge for getting in tune mind-body-soul to take steps to heal yourself. Dr Edward Bach definitely had the right protocols to heal thyself. (I am learning the Bach Flowers course through Trinity School of Natural Health as well!)
I am a teacher of A Course in Miracles. This book is totally consistent with the Eternal Truths thought in The Course. The medical profession has made many amazing contributions over the years but with the rise of materialism far to many health providers, insurance companies and big Pharma are taking advantage of those with illness. Reading this book is critical for those who want to live a healthy life. Another great thing about this book is it is short and sweet.
This little book is a treasure. I find Dr Bach's wise words full of insight and inspiration. For most of my life, I lived the life of many others, believing in the matters of the physical world only and totally disconnected from Truth itself. By the grace of God, I now understand what so many spiritually connected souls spent their lives teaching us.
Old book but the power of the narrative is still important today. We understand that there is the mind, body and spirit. However we are rarely taught that the mind and spirit once healed will rid us of the dis-ease we have in the body.

Otherwise this simple(70 page) paperback is worth the read.A good believable philosophy that merits following. New condition, grand and speedy service from the UK.
I have read this little book more than 20 times over the past 15 years. Each time I read it I get a greater understanding of Dr.Bach's work. The genius of his work is in its simplicity.Dr Bach is best know for the Bach flower remedies and any student of the remedies should read this book first to understand the philosophy of the man who created them.
He's famous for his well known his flower essence remedy world wide. I never thought I can get his book for only 99 cents for my Kindle! This book not only make you realize what is based on the diseases we encounter but to teach you the basic rules for a better and peaceful life. Another book that made me realize everything's related.
A brief 60 or so pages, half the size of a regular book. Easy read, but powerful! Best insight on wellness I've seen. And really good introduction to the power of a faith life. The precepts in all religions lead to a "right" living/thinking which lead to wellness. The fruits of the spirit are wellness in one's life. Nice to know that our doctors care.
