Good information, lot of good ideas and suggestions to follow, Anyone in real estate could pick up something useful from this book. I did think there were far to many grammatical errors for the book to be considered exceptional. It also was a lot of recycled information in my opinion but it was worth reading.
I got some great ideas and useful information to yake ny business to the next level.
I do expired listings and this book was helpful to a point.
Well written helpful details
Not really much new in this book, but I did enjoy it! Well, written and really covers the basics. The 20 hours is a bit of a stretch, unless you have someone to handle all of the paperwork.
This book only pays lip service to expired listings, if that. Maybe an new agent on their first day could use some of the information as it applies to ALL listings but the title implies that this is a book about how to best acquire expired listings. It does no more than tell me that expired listings are a good source of prospecting because they have shown an obvious interest in selling.
Nothing new general rehash of several other books. No real plan or details, the reader is left with no real idea of what to do. Give some instruction. Sorry I spent the money.
As the author rightly states, real estate is not a job, it is a career. It is pretty easy to get in to, but it takes a real plan, a strategy, to turn it into a well-paid job and to have lots of free time as well. This book gives some very sound advice to anybody in the real estate business, involving a day-by-day work plan. If you want to work with expired listings, this is a must-read!
